It's the corner around Mid-Autumn Festival!
(It's also in between my SUPER BORING HOLIDAY too = =)

Today,
I learned about the mooncake-making and whola lot of things that I usually eat every year.
(Hehe. The main point here is EAT. XD!!!)
I woke up early in the morning...
(and my eyes couldn't open at all zZ)
Have everything done together with my sis.
Cleaning.
Washing.
Bla bla bla.
(just like a Housewife zZ)

Got a call from my mummy,
"Your 大姨妈 are coming soon!"
I say,
"What??? I'd just finish ya know??? = =lll I myself know well, how come you......"
(I am wondering. o.O!)
and then...
She replied,
"NOT THAT 大姨妈 LA YOU SILLY!"
(Not that one? means what??? zZ)
"Faster faster clean up the whole house nice nice."
and she was laughing so loudly in the phone.
zZ.
"OHHHHH. Now you tell me = =lll"
"The REAL one is it? Cheh~~~ XD"
大姨妈brought a lot of raw materials.
Let me guess.
Mummy is going to make something nice to eat soon.
:P

IT'S MOONCAKE!!!
(it's named 冰皮月饼. I would describe it as "Icy Mooncake".)
As known after its name,
the mooncake is non-traditionally made.
It's not baked as what we usually see and eat.
It's a new innovative way.
First,
we need some flour,
special icy mooncake flour.
Pour COLD WATER on it.
(if you want some colors, just add in a few drops of colorings in the mixing of the flour and the water.)
Mix mix mix.
If you have a better equipment,
the result of the dough will be better and smoother.
(I just can't wait to see how will my Mooncake be!)
(Ya, I know, I am so fat. = =)

[She's very kind and patiently taught my mummy, my sis, my daddy and me.]
[Look like a master huh? :D]
Next,
just buy in some READILY AVAILABLE PASTE to be inserted into your mooncake.
(you can have many choices, vary according to your favor! :P)
(I like 莲蓉, Lotus flavor. Super Nice!!!)
(Really can't wait = =)
After that,
just use your hand to squeeze and rub and sqeeze and rub until the dough into the shape of "roti canai".
XDD!!!
it can't be to thick for the dough as the person who eats might be too FAR away from the yummy paste.
Hehe.
Then,
using the dough and the paste,
(measured roughly, common sense la XD)
insert the paste in the flour and roll it up like a SNOWBALL.
Last but not least,
take the SNOWBALL and mix carefully with the normal flour,
so that it won't stick to the mooncake design stamp.
(for me, I chose the stamp with wordings "花好月圆" instead of fish XD!)
*Remember to put it in the refrigerator to keep its freshness!*
*Not to forget, its COLDNESS too. Hahaha~*
*Otherwise, it will melt. XD!*
