I just figured out this "thing" recently.

its like a non-ending rumor.
its like a sad feeling surrounding me.
its like a whole lotta misunderstanding.
its like a feeling of having constipation for weeks but not dare to tell anyone about it.
(let just skip that nonsense. haha zZ)

in my Point-of-View:
Leader: should be the one incharging of organizing, helping and editing the whole process of the project.
Group members: should be co-operative to the leader.
and if, you think that you do not suit the style of the leader, you can just leave the group.
(This is really really matter!)
(Because the smooth flow of progress is WANTED for a good co-operation among each member.)
Now,
Story-sharing time.
I've been a leader since semester one.
There's always CONFLICTS among members.
either they hate my style.
or, they just do not understand me.
just because,
they just see things through -
their own Point-of-View.
I've done everything just for good marks.
and it's not only for myself but also for my group members.
Can't you guys just see things,
from my Point-of-View?

It's already in the corner of submission date.
Not everyone can gather around together to have a meeting.
I believed in you guys,
I allocate everything to everyone.
Everyone did do their job.
Everyone did hand-in to me well.
On time.
Efficient.
but
Not so Effective.
and so,
its my time to do what a leader should do.
I combined everything.
I checked every single mistakes for three times and perhaps, above.
I wanna ask,
"Is it wrong to change your contents? If it's irrelavant?"
FINE.
You are pissed off just because I changed the things.
You think that you've everything correctly.
FINE.
You are mad at me just because I didn't inform you to CHANGE IT AGAIN.
and I done every amendments.
DID I EVER COMPLAINT?
DID I EVER SCOLD YOU?
DID I EVER MAKE YOU CRY?
I DID NOT.

You misunderstand my meaning.
You thought that I think I am brilliant enough, and thus changes all of your contents.
I TELL YOU.
IF I HAVE A CHOICE,
I WOULD RATHER YOU TO DO EVERYTHING ACCORDINGLY.

AND WHY AM I LIKE THAT?
